SOIL TESTING AND GROUND COMPACTING AT LIVING WATERS PROJECT

At the Living Waters Project site, we’re committed to building from the ground up the right way. That’s why we’ve begun soil testing and ground compacting, two essential processes that ensure long term structural safety.

Soil testing helps us understand the type, strength, and composition of the soil. It tells us how much weight the ground can carry, and whether the site is suitable for construction. This prevents future issues like cracks, shifting foundations, or water retention problems.

Once the soil is tested and approved, we move on to ground compacting. This process strengthens the soil by pressing it down tightly, removing air pockets and increasing its load bearing capacity.

At Coswal, we believe strong buildings start with solid ground. With every test and every roll of the compactor, we’re creating a safe and stable foundation for the future community at Living Waters.
